How Clay uses Bridge to build The Guild media network: Connecting GTM operators and content creators

See how the team at Clay use Bridge to build affinity and value for their community of GTM operators and Content Creators

‍

Bridge is thrilled to partner with the team at Clay on the launch of The Guild. This new media network by Clay that connects top GTM (Go-to-Market) operators with B2B content creators. As Scott Tousley (Head of Content at Clay) puts it, The Guild “brings together the people doing really cool things with those running the biggest podcasts.”

How It Works

GTM operators can join The Guild by filling out a short, 30-second application. The Clay team then enriches and vets these applications (using Clay itself!) and curates which operators to share with their network of B2B content creators. From there, content creators can browse the list and easily request introductions to potential guests via Bridge.

The Benefits for GTM Operators

GTM operators gain exciting career opportunities by getting featured on top podcasts. These appearances allow them to showcase their expertise, opening doors to promotions, new roles, and professional growth. By building a reputation as thought leaders, operators increase their visibility, making them more attractive to future opportunities.

The Benefits for B2B Content Creators

B2B content creators—whether podcast hosts, webinar hosts, or conference organizers—are always looking for fresh, high-quality guests with unique perspectives. The Guild’s network of GTM operators includes experts in revenue operations, growth marketing, demand generation, customer success, and more. These operators are tech-savvy, creative, and at the forefront of exploring what’s possible with AI. For creators, it’s a valuable shortcut to finding insightful guests who resonate with their audience.

The Benefits for Clay

Clay strengthens its relationships with customers and the community by streamlining content creation. This efficient connection process not only generates more compelling content but also helps the Clay team save hundreds (if not thousands) of hours previously spent on managing opt-ins, follow-ups, and tracking introductions. Clay effectively create hundreds of thousands of dollars of value for their community without any realy extra work—a win-win-win for everyone.

How Bridge Helps

Once the Clay team vets an operator, they check a box in Clay that triggers a Bridge Zapier flow, automatically adding that operator to their Bridge group of GTM Operators. Without needing to join Bridge, content creators can then click “Request Intro” to anyone in the group. The intro request arrives in Scott’s inbox, ready for review and forwarding, along with an optional personal message. If the operator opts in, Bridge completes the introduction, tracks its progress, and schedules a feedback follow-up for two weeks later so Scott and his team can track the impact.
