One of Blackbird Ventures' portfolio companies, Canva, leveraged the Lilypad program to scale its team quickly and efficiently. The program provided access to a diverse range of candidates, and with Bridge's help, they were able to streamline the hiring process. Today, Canva is one of the world's fastest-growing companies, and their partnership with them is a testament to the success of the Lilypad program.
